Vice Chair

After 2 years Ken Inglis, European Community, moved on
Dr. Anver Ghazi, European Community, Head, Biodiversity and Global Change in DG XII, is the new Vice chair. He will be supported by his new colleague, Karen Fabbri, the scientific officer in charge.

Future Meetings:

• June 29-30: Project meeting in Paris, France, hosted by the French Space Agency (CNES) and the European Space Agency (ESA)
• September 13-15: Project Workshop in Honolulu, Hawaii, hosted by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).
• Mid-November: In addition, there may be a regional outreach meeting in India in mid-October, in conjunction with the Space Ministerial meeting of UN ESCAP.
